Nini Diana is Director of Consumer Marketing at Harvard Business Review, where she and her team have grown HBR’s subscription revenue by 20% over the last 5 years by leveraging diverse offers and transitioning the business to a more modern tech stack. Nini has been in marketing for over 20 years. In the early 2000s she pivoted to all things digital, spearheading efforts to use behavioral data to create more a relevant strategy across channels. She has worked in educational publishing, ed tech, and food media.
